LEADERSHIP is a skill that helps people stick together. Leadership is more than just a job title; it is a skill that holds their faculty together and inspires them to achieve their goals. Great leaders recognise that they must constantly develop and grow.
Leaders are essential to the success of all businesses. They find the right talent and worthy candidates before allowing them to become a part of their institution while observing the candidates' skills and offering them the job where they can perform well and achieve the best results. A growing management team necessitates an excellent and skilled leader.

However, in some cases, such as in small businesses, a single entrepreneur controls all aspects of the company. It also keeps things simple and comfortable. They are unconcerned about the employees of leadership and management. They must also understand the benefits and drawbacks of being a leader while they are here.

Leadership results in increased productivity: They can complete delegated tasks efficiently, which leads to increased productivity. He will carry out tasks based on the strengths and weaknesses of various employees. Efficient labour division can result in increased work output, leading to increased sales and profit.

 

Employee morale is boosted by good leadership: Sound leadership can improve employee morale and make workers more loyal to their company if the leader encourages them. Employees will be loyalreliable and willing to work harder and stay with the company when times are tough.


When we look at the pros and cons of being a leader, one of the first things that come to mind is that leaders and their subordinates may not always see eye to eye. There may be disagreements over ideas and points of view, a lack of communication, or a biased leader, which can lead to disputes that waste time and reduce productivity. We can, however, conclude that leadership is the ability to direct a group of people toward a common goal. This is accomplished by individuals utilising their leadership qualities. Leaders inspire followers to be committed and enthusiastic about achieving goals. Leadership is achieved through the interaction of the leader, the follower, and the environment.
